Please download the Annual Report and Financials using this link
The AGM is where we nominate a Committee for the new year and review the season that has just occurred. Can we please encourage you to attend – just because you attend the AGM does not mean you have to nominate to the committee, however, it allows the committee to gain valuable feedback on the direction of the club from the members.
The OUFC Canteen, along with sponsorship and registration fees, is a key source of funding for equipment such as playing shirts, balls, goal nets and the like. Without sufficient funding from the canteen, we would otherwise need to charge higher registration fees.
We have recently welcomed our new Canteen Manager, Diane, to help ensure that the OUFC canteen can be a reliable source of funds BUT to be successful, we need the support of club members to help out just as we do with volunteers on the Committee and as team coaches and managers.
What we ask…
Twice during the season, each team manager will be asking for volunteers to help out in the canteen and BBQ for a couple of hours. We ask that YOU step up and contribute.
Diane will provide each volunteer with guidance so you’re not thrown in at the deep end.
We look forward to welcoming you as a volunteer in the canteen very soon.
